Meet Jordan Mazur
Jordan Mazur, MS, RD is a performance nutrition advisor who works with athletes, executives, and high-performing professionals seeking a more precise and strategic approach to nutrition. He holds a Master of Science in Exercise Science from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Connecticut, and is a Registered Dietitian.
Jordan has spent over a decade working in the National Football League, developing nutrition systems for elite athletes whose performance depends on disciplined fueling, recovery, and consistent execution. Operating in one of the most demanding performance environments in sport shaped his performance-driven approach to nutrition.
Today, he applies that same framework to advising athletes, founders, and high-performing professionals who want their nutrition aligned with the demands of their careers and lifestyles. His work translates performance science, biomarker data, and real-world lifestyle demands into clear nutrition strategies that support sustained energy, optimal body composition, and long-term health.
Jordan works with a limited number of clients in a private advisory capacity, building individualized nutrition systems designed to function as a strategic advantage for both performance and longevity.
